Shipping Info

Longfield Gardens ships according to growing zone. Our goal is to deliver your order one or two weeks before you should plant. We will give you an estimated ship date at the time of checkout, based on your zip code.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping schedule (shown below) is based on the USDA growing zones. These ship dates are approximately 2 weeks before the ideal planting time for your zone. If you don't know your growing zone, you can find it HERE.

If you place your order before we begin shipping to your growing zone, it will be shipped on the date shown below. Once our shipping season is underway, we ship all orders within two business days after they have been received.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Please allow 24 hours for your account to update.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the continental United States and Alaska. We do not ship to Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada or Mexico.

All of our packages are shipped via FedEx, and they require a street address for delivery. If shipping to a P.O. Box is your only option, please allow extra time. FedEx will deliver your package to the USPS and then the USPS will complete the delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the FedEX tracking number.

You can also find the tracking number in your account information.

When do I get charged for my order?

If you pay by credit card, you will not be charged until approximately 24 hours before your order is shipped. If you need to change your payment method before the scheduled ship date, please call customer service at 855-534-2733.

What are the shipping rates?

During the checkout process, your order will automatically be divided into the appropriate shipping season (spring, fall, winter). To be eligible for free shipping you must spend $50 or more per shipping season.

For example: If you purchase $50 worth of spring product, you will receive free shipping. If you purchase $25 of spring product and $25 of fall product you will not receive free shipping.

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 for orders that are not eligible for free shipping.
