Leucojum Gravetye Giant

Leucojum is an uncommon spring bulb that's easy, reliable and cold hardy. The plants have strappy, shiny green leaves and delicate white flowers that are suspended from slender, 2 ft. stems. The blossoms resemble Victorian lampshades trimmed with green dots. A long-lived, trouble-free perennial.

No they are not Lily of the Valley!

Posted by Shauna on Apr 28th 2019

I posted pictures on social media and people said they were snowdrops of lily of the valley. I had to correct them and tell them the were Leucojum. They start to bloom at about 8 inches and continue to grow taller which is really cool. I love the little green dot at the edge of each tender drop. Love them!
