Ranunculus

Ranunculus flowers look almost too perfect to be real. Their rose-like blossoms have tissue-thin petals and come in gorgeous colors. To flower well, the plants need cool temperatures and full sun. In mild climates, plant the corms in fall. In colder areas, plant in very early spring. Also known as Persian buttercups.
