Tulip Double Late Mount Tacoma

(2 reviews) Write a Review

Mount Tacoma is a classic beauty with creamy white petals on strong stems. The lush, double blossoms resemble peonies and have a light, sweet fragrance. A great tulip to plant in full to partial shade, where the white flowers really shine.

    Late blooming pure white

Posted by Kerry on May 21st 2022

Mount Tacoma came up with Angelique and Finola tulips to make such a gorgeous range of white - to - pink double flowers! Theyre beautifully petalled and most have an outermost petal or two with small green feathering. They appear even fuller than the Angelique tulips, to my eye. I don’t think you can go wrong with Mount Tacoma, as I’ve been enjoying it in the flower bed and in cut arrangements. Definitely a late bloom for me, and a welcome one after the Darwin hybrids and triumph tulips left the scene empty.

have not bought the tulip (yet) because the deer just love them. So we are building a special garden for deer loving plants and fence it in later in the year. LOVE YOUR E-MAILS
