Shipping Schedule

Our shipping schedule (shown below) is based on your USDA plant hardiness zone. These ship weeks are scheduled approximately two weeks before the ideal planting time for your zone. These are estimated ship dates and may change based on weather conditions and product availability at the time of shipment. 


If your order is placed before we begin shipping to your zone, it will be scheduled to ship out during the week shown below (pending weather conditions and product availability.) Once our shipping season is underway, we typically ship all orders within three business days after they have been received. You will receive a shipping notification email once your package has been picked up and scanned in by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $11.50 per season for orders under $50. Orders that total $50 or more per season ship free. These shipping rates are per order, per season. If you place multiple orders during the same season, shipping rates apply to each order. If your order includes items from two shipping seasons (fall and spring), shipping rates apply to each season.


If you place an additional order within the same season before we start shipping -- contact customer service and we will waive the shipping fee (if your order total is over $50).


Shipping Methods

We ship our packages via UPS and FedEx, which both require a street address for delivery. If a P.O. Box is your only option, we will ship your package via USPS and you should allow some extra time for transit.


Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally.


Due to argricultural restrictions, we do not ship allium bulbs to Idaho.


Transit Times and Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked up and scanned in by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also find the tracking number in your account. Please note: if you are signed up for UPS notifications you may receive an email directly from UPS when your shipping label is created. This is not indicative of your order shipping!
