This Border Decorative is fairly small and compact, do not require pinching and produce a large amount of beautifully colored blossoms. Each plant looks exactly like the picture online.The quality of the tubers was excellent; very healthy, firm, quite large and numerous. The resulting plants exceeded my expectations.

I purchased 2 orders (12 tubers)of the mixed border. On arrival many tubes were not connected, where they connect to the crown was extremely thin, very fragile, dried out. I called, was told to send an email. I did with pictures. To date no response. I decided to plant them. 7 are growing. The other 4, nothing. I have purchased many tubers this year from 5 different sellers. I have had no problems, and their tubers arrived looking very different

We are sorry you are unhappy with the dahlias that you purchased from us. We want to give you some context for what you experienced. Our dahlias are grown in the Netherlands and are mechanically harvested, washed, sorted and packed. Dahlia clumps can be damaged at any point in this process, and shipping adds yet another opportunity for tubers to break off. We wish it were different, but some amount of breakage is inevitable. The good news is that when you plant an entire clump, you will almost always get one or more sprouts, even if some of the tubers have broken off. This is because the growth points are at the base of last year's stem, not on the tubers. Someone from our customer service team will be contacting you to replace the tubers at no cost or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
