Dahlia Cactus Karma Corona

First year we had a large plant with multiple stems and blooms. It lasted for a couple of months and is still going.

The color

It makes a nice, healthy stalk with multiple flower buds. And the flowers!--the curious way in which gold radiates out into the pink is just extraordinary!

I ordered enough Dahlias to fill a whole flower bed. They last a long time in a vase and have bloomed nonstop starting in late spring. I'm going into September now!

I live in North Mississippi so very hot humid climate. I planted on May 15 and got blooms by Sept 10. It was very red for me at first but at the weather cooled it became a beautiful salmon and yellow. Gorgeous. Buy it. Good bloomer

I had ordered a number of dahlias from Longfield Gardens, and they were all excellent. While the other dahlias grew to their suggested size or larger, the Dahlia Cactus Karma Corona was slow to emerge from the ground, slow to bud, and last to flower.
When it did, I found the blooms to be some of the prettiest (second only to the Decorative Great Silence). This was their first year, and maybe following years will bring better success.
