Dahlia Ball Zundert Mystery Fox

Loved the multiple hued blooms. It was prolific with rich toned blooms as described. Lived up to its billing much more so than some other varieties I tried in 2024.

The Zundert grew beautifully. Tubers were full and healthy. Very satisfied with quality.
The flower itself is a beautiful small bloom with hues of reddish orange, raspberry pops! Prolific bloomer.

All three tubers grew and bloomed beautifully, were a real garden presence the whole season. I was a little surprised at their fairly consistent light orange color, since they were supposed to be more variable, thus the “mystery”, including pink tones at some point. But in the end they bloomed so well I was super happy with them!

This dahlia is super productive and the flowers are a nice shape and size and have good vase life, however, I did not give it 5 stars because as the previous reviewers mentioned, the color is definitely peach to orange instead of the color shown online which is what I was hoping to pair with the Arbatax Dahlias in bouquets. It works well on its own, paired with other types of white and purple flowers.

Looked exactly like the Maarn that I planted in the same bed.

I have to agree with the other people leaving a review….mine was also in the orange tones. Maybe it was Maarn?

the tubers I received were Maarn! I've grown Maarn for many years. It is great dahlia.... but not what I ordered.
