Dahlia Decorative Noordwijks Glorie

These are gorgeous, and just as advertised—tall with long sturdy stems and the last as while on the stem and on the vase. They are great at the back of my border!

Bloomed really early -- July 1st! Lots of blooms held high above the foliage. A great border plant and a great cut flower. Blooming non-stop -- it is still covered in blooms in late Sept.

They are just at the beginning and beautiful! The perfect color for autumn.

Noordwijks Glorie is honestly my favorite dahlia I'm growing this season. Gorgeous, large blooms. Bright yellow/orange transitions to an orangey red. I love including this flower in my market bouquets!

I ordered a package of two Noordwijk's Glorie tubers. The plants grew around 4' tall, with a somewhat open and sprawling growth habit. The blooms, about 5" wide, started appearing in mid-July and were a beautiful delicate combination of gold and orange. But one of the plants produced a large number, 30 to 40 percent, of unattractive misshapen single blossoms. The other plant's flowers were perfect. I will be discarding the defective plant, but will keep the other one to plant again next year.
