Aviv ranunculus were bred for the cut flower market and have big, 4 to 5” blossoms on long stems. Layers of silky petals, in a blend of snowy-white, pale pink and rose give these flowers a romantic appeal. Grow in pots or directly in the garden. In areas with mild winters (zones 8-11), ranunculus are planted in fall for early spring flowers. The plants will not survive freezing temperatures, so be sure to provide protection from extreme cold. In zones 4-7, ranunculus should be planted in early spring for summer flowers.

Not the best.

This is the second year trying to grow ranunculus unsuccessfully. May be user error. I got a single flower last year, not even that this year.

Gardners in your area should begin soaking and pre-sprouting the corms in early Spring. Once temperatures rise above 70°F, the plants stop producing new buds and begin to go dormant. Not so good

I purchased and planted these varieties twice in the past 2 years, and very few flowers came up, very small compare to the pictures. the following year nothing, just some green leaves with no flowers, I may try again one more year.
