First time growing ranunculus this past winter/spring and got this assorted mix. Every single one bloomed, and were absolutely gorgeous! They did take four months from planting to bloom time. Next season I’m getting them in the ground sooner. Besides that, I was incredibly happy with these corms and will be buying a lot more come fall:)

2 out of 25 came cup. Thery were a burnt orange, beautiful but still disappointed

If your ultimate goal is to grow flowers, this is a hard “no thanks”

I like that they provide a QR code on the bag with recommendations . Lamentably, it didn’t do a bit of good, with these corms. I purchased several other (lilies, peonies, liatris, phlox…). These were the most profoundly disappointing (zero success with x1 purchase), Phlox a close second (LOW success rate, and I purchased x2).

In zone 7, if you can protect your ranunculus with a high tunnel or greenhouse, it's best to plant the corms in fall for late winter/early spring blooms. Ranunculus are cool climate plants and they do not like the heat. Once temperatures rise above 70°F, the plants stop producing new buds and begin to go dormant.
